Languages
We want to everyone in Scotland to be involved in our work, whatever language they use.
You can use any language (including Gaelic and British Sign Language) to:
- write, email or send BSL videos to the Scottish Parliament or your MSPs
- send in a petition
- send your views to a committee
You can ask us to translate our information into the language you use.
Interpreters
You can ask for an interpreter if you:
- are invited to come and speak to a committee meeting
- want to engage with parliament business in your preferred language

Please give us as much notice as possible if you need an interpreter.
