Rock Community Church Awarded £348,926 in National Lottery Funding

That the Parliament congratulates the Rock Community Church in Dumbarton on being awarded £199,339 for growth and expansion of the Phoenix is Rising and £149,527 for its community café by the National Lottery; understands that the funds awarded to the Phoenix is Rising will be used to develop and expand its work with marginalised young people through a supported training, social enterprise and creative arts programme; acknowledges that the funding awarded to community café will be used to expand its range of community-focused work delivered through its established café, supporting people experiencing food insecurity, survivors of domestic abuse and those in recovery from addiction, and wishes the church every success with both projects.
