Vicki's "Boogie for the Beatson" Fitness Classes Continue to Raise Funds for the Beatson Cancer Charity

That the Parliament recognises Vicki Houston for her ongoing efforts to raise money for the Beatson Cancer Charity; notes that over £24,000 has been raised, supporting a number of charities but predominantly the Beatson, by her CardioFunk and new Booty Core Barre fitness classes, as Vicki and her class members are on a mission to "Boogie for the Beatson"; understands that Vicki works full time in the defence sector and that her fundraising fitness classes began in 2022; further understands that Vicki was recently able to present a £10,000 cheque to the Beatson Cancer Charity; celebrates Vicki's dedication, enthusiasm and endurance as a fitness instructor and volunteer fundraiser, and congratulates all the class participants from Bearsden, Milngavie, Westerton and beyond on helping to continue to raise funds for what it sees as such a worthy cause.
