The cultural offering made in a location is part of what makes it attractive to visitors, so I can see no problem with ensuring that cultural services are part of the range of services that benefit from the bill as it is currently drafted, without needing the amendments.

We move on to the next group of amendments, which is on rates and charges. Amendment 27, in the name of Miles Briggs, is grouped with amendments 28 to 31, 6, 32 to 36, 45 and 51. I point out that if amendment 34 is agreed to I cannot call amendment 35 due to pre-emption.
