Clare Haughey declared an interest as holding a bank nurse contract with NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde.
Ruth Maguire declared an interest as having been a councillor on North Ayrshire Council and a member of North Ayrshire Integration Joint Board.
The Committee considered the evidence it heard earlier under agenda item 2.
The Committee agreed to write to Professor Soumen Sengupta to request that he submit further evidence in writing.
The Committee considered a draft report. Various changes were agreed to, and the Committee agreed to consider an updated draft via correspondence.
The Committee considered its future work programme.
The Committee agreed to schedule formal Stage 2 proceedings on the National Care Service (Scotland) Bill for 5, 12 and 19 November.
The Committee considered its approach to scrutiny of a proposed legislative consent memorandum.
The Committee agreed to issue a targeted call for evidence to stakeholders once the relevant legislative consent memorandum has been lodged and to invite the relevant Scottish Government Minister to give evidence on the LCM at a future meeting.
