1. Declaration of interests:

Kate Forbes and Alexander Stewart had no interests to declare.

Keith Brown noted in the interests of transparency, that his partner is the Minister for Culture, Europe and International Development.

The Committee agreed to take item 4 in private.

3. OIM Annual Report:

The Committee took evidence from—

Murdoch MacLennan, Chair of the OIM Panel and Rachel Merelie, Senior Director of the OIM, Office for the Internal Market.

4. Culture in Communities (In Private)

The Committee considered and agreed a draft report.
