The Committee agreed to take item 3 in private.
2. Retained EU Law (Revocation and Reform) Bill (UK Parliament legislation):
The Committee took evidence in a roundtable format from—

3. Continuity Act (Draft Annual Report):
The Committee considered and agreed a draft response to the annual report laid in draft by the Scottish Ministers in exercise of the power in section 1(1) of the UK Withdrawal from the European Union (Continuity) (Scotland) Act 2021.
