1. Decision on taking business in private:

The Committee agreed to take item 3 in private.

2. Crisis in Ukraine

The Committee took evidence from—

Yevhen Mankovskyi, Consul General, Ukrainian Consulate in Edinburgh;

and then from—

Neil Gray, Minister for Culture, Europe and International Development and Minister with special responsibility for Refugees from Ukraine;

Will Tyler-Greig, Interim Deputy Director, Ukraine Resettlement;

Joanna Keating, Head of International Development, Scottish Government.

3. Crisis in Ukraine

The Committee considered the evidence heard under item 2 and agreed to write to the Minister with special responsibility for Refugees from Ukraine.
