4 May 2022:The Committee agreed to close this petition under Rule 15.7 of Standing Orders on the basis that the Scottish Government has committed to undertaking an advertising campaign to highlight the effects of inconsiderate parking. This will take place ahead of the introduction of new Penalty Charge Notice provisions next year.
