This Cross-party group's purpose:
Aims to examine the current policy and practice in responding to substance use in Scotland and to advise on and promote the development of realistic, evidence-based responses, which could assist in the reduction of the damaging consequences of substance use in Scotland.
N.B. The Cross-Party Group Drug and Alcohol Misuse changed its name on 30 May 2024 to Substance Use.
