That the Parliament notes the efforts of Reverend Steve Clipston, the Minister for Catrine and Auchinleck, who has walked the length of the River Ayr in just one day to raise funds for his two parishes; understands that, earlier this year, Rev Clipston walked over 200 miles in five weeks for Doddie Weir's MND Charity My Name'5 Doddie charity; recognises that the minister decided to take on the full 44-mile walk, so that all proceeds can be split between the maintenance and upkeep of both church buildings, and commends Rev Clipston on his achievement.
