That the Parliament congratulates Melville Housing Association on its 30th anniversary; notes that Melville is Midlothian's largest registered social landlord; understands that overall satisfaction with Melville has risen to 90% from 88% in 2021; further understands that the social landlord, which is based in Dalkeith, was formed in 1995, and owns and manages more than 2,100 properties to rent, and thanks all the staff at Melville for their hard work in supporting their tenants.
