  • Submitted by: Pam Duncan-Glancy, Glasgow, Scottish Labour.
  • Date lodged: Wednesday, 09 April 2025
  • Motion reference: S6M-17124

That the Parliament welcomes the consultation on the Scottish Youth Parliament's 2026 manifesto, which will give young people aged 12 to 25 across Scotland the opportunity to have their say on 31 proposed policy motions; notes that the proposed policies are grouped into five key themes of education, services, sustainability, social justice, and rights; further notes that the previous manifesto consulted with around 10,000 young people; understands that the manifesto will launch in autumn 2025, and encourages MSPs to share the consultation opportunity with their constituents.
