That the Parliament congratulates Milngavie’s Archie McGhee, from the 20th Glasgow 1st Milngavie Scout Group on being named the District Youth Lead for the Great Western District; understands that Archie will have the opportunity to represent the interests of young people in Scotland; believes that the Scouts inspire young people in personal development, to be empowered and to make positive contributions to society, and wishes Archie success for the future.
