That the Parliament congratulates Sheila Gray, of the award-winning Fochabers Ice Cream Parlour in Moray, after the parlour secured two titles at the recent National Ice Cream Awards 2025, held at the Belfry Hotel, Birmingham; understands that the winning entries were for the 10 cm flower ice cream cake and the 25 cm wedding ice cream cake; recognises that, in the 15 years that this shop has been open, Sheila and her team have won nine UK ice cream awards and six Scottish championship awards; believes that Fochabers Ice Cream Parlour is an excellent attraction in the village, welcoming customers from near and far to sample the award-winning ice cream, as well as its range of home baking; applauds Sheila for her tenacity, endeavour and drive in continuously producing award-winning ice creams, and wishes her and the team at Fochabers Ice Cream Parlour continued success in the future.
