That the Parliament commends Chris and Laura Ferri of Ferri Fit in Motherwell for their incredible fundraising efforts for Beatson Cancer Charity; understands that Chris and Laura organised a 24-hour fitness challenge with over 400 participants, incorporating a range of activities designed to test physical limits while supporting those affected by cancer; further understands that the event was first held five years ago after Chris was inspired by his own experience with cancer; notes that Chris was diagnosed with bowel cancer at the age of 33 and faced multiple health challenges; commends Chris for his efforts in raising awareness of the exceptional support and care provided by Beatson Cancer Charity and for being an inspiration to others facing similar challenges, proving that nothing could hold him back; further commends Chris, Laura, and all participants and contributors who played a role in this outstanding event, and wishes everyone at Ferri Fit continued success in the future.
