That the Parliament congratulates the campus trade unions at the University of Dundee for what it sees as their dedication, solidarity and joint working since the reported financial crisis at the institution came to light in November 2024; recognises the two all-staff town hall meetings that they arranged to hear their members' concerns; appreciates the organising and effort that has gone into the industrial action that has been agreed in response to the announced budget reductions and proposed redundancies; commends what it believes is their ongoing commitment to protecting jobs and ensuring fair treatment for staff and students, and extends its best wishes for their continued efforts in advocating for workers' rights and the future of the university.
