That the Parliament congratulates Kaleb Mbise, from Dumbarton, on winning the Foundation Apprentice of the Year category at the recent annual Scottish Apprenticeship Awards Ceremony; understands that Kaleb, while still a pupil at Dumbarton Academy, undertook a placement at Bellsmyre Early Learning Centre in Dumbarton, where he completed his Foundation Apprenticeship in Social Services: Children and Young People; notes that the foundation apprenticeship allowed Kaleb to work alongside experienced staff, providing him with valuable hands on experience and skills in his chosen career; understands that he has now commenced a modern apprenticeship in childcare and is employed by West Dunbartonshire Council as a childcare practitioner at the Andrew Cameron Early Learning and Childcare Centre; believes that Kaleb's hard work will be an inspiration to other pupils, and wishes him all the best for the future.
