That the Parliament congratulates the Hospitality and Culinary Arts students from New College Lanarkshire for their exceptional performance at the ScotHot 2025 championships; understands that the Scottish Culinary Championships showcase emerging talent within Scotland’s premier food, drink, hospitality, and tourism sector; acknowledges that New College Lanarkshire students earned several Gold, Silver, and Bronze Medals, a Merit, the Best in Class Award for Hygiene, two Table d’Honneur Silver Medals, and the Best Overall Student of the Day award; extends its gratitude to the dedicated staff who guided and supported the students throughout their preparation and competition journey; commends all the participants for demonstrating their skills and excellence under high-pressure conditions at ScotHot, and wishes them all the best for the future.
