That the Parliament congratulates the Coo Shed in South Ayrshire, following its win as Scotland Champion at the Countryside Alliance awards in the Local Food/Drink category; understands that The Coo Shed, based outside Ayr, is a unique family-run coffee shop with all food prepared and baked in-house, as well as vending machines selling milk, milkshakes, cakes, ready meals, soup and ice cream; notes that the Coo Shed will now compete against other regional winners from England, Wales and Northern Ireland at the national finals later in 2025; commends the whole team at the Coo Shed, and wishes them the best of luck in the final.
