That the Parliament congratulates Balintore Community Fire Station on its 50th anniversary, marking five decades of unwavering service since its establishment in 1975; acknowledges the station's vital role in safeguarding the Easter Ross community by responding to various emergencies, including domestic fires, wildfires and road traffic incidents, as well as providing essential fire prevention advice; commends the dedication and bravery of both past and present crew members, exemplified by Firefighter William Paterson QFSM, who has been an integral part of the station since its inception, and recognises the strong community spirit that has supported the station throughout the years, as highlighted during the recent celebratory event attended by Scottish Fire and Rescue Service senior officers and community members.
