Shining Stars ASN Theatre School Wins Specialist Theatre School of the Year Award

That the Parliament congratulates Shining Stars ASN Theatre School on being awarded the Specialist Theatre School of the Year – Scotland (Lanarkshire) at the Prestige Awards 2025/2026; recognises what it sees as the invaluable work that Shining Stars does in providing inclusive theatre opportunities for children and young people with additional support needs; commends the dedication and passion of its staff and volunteers and the families involved with it in fostering creativity, confidence and community through the performing arts; notes that this achievement comes as the organisation celebrates its 10th anniversary, marking a decade of exceptional contribution to the arts and accessibility in Lanarkshire; and wishes Shining Stars continued success in the years ahead.
