As an amendment to motion S6M-16750 in the name of Shirley-Anne Somerville (Supporting Households with Cost of Living Pressures and Rising Energy Bills), leave out "and through energy efficiency programmes" and insert "; is concerned, however, by the lack of progress on energy efficiency and the heat transition, including the delay to the introduction of the planned Heat in Buildings Bill, which is essential to support households in Scotland to reduce their exposure to volatile fossil fuel prices".
