That the Parliament congratulates Pentland Primary School, Juniper Green Primary School, Dean Park Primary School and Buckstone Primary School in the Edinburgh Pentlands constituency on receiving perfect scores of 400/400, being placed 19th, 40th, 73rd and 74th respectively out of nearly 1,200 schools, after other criteria were applied, in the recent The Sunday Times Primary School League Table; notes that Pentland Primary School was the highest placed school in the Edinburgh city area; recognises the dedication and hard work of the schools’ pupils, teachers, staff and parents in achieving this outstanding accomplishment; commends the schools for their commitment to providing high-quality education and fostering a positive learning environment; applauds a record 89 schools scoring top marks this year; acknowledges the importance of such achievements in highlighting what it sees as the strength of Scotland’s education system, and wishes Pentland, Juniper Green, Dean Park and Buckstone primary schools continued success.
