That the Parliament congratulates Billy Reid, of Troon, who has been victorious in the all genres category at the annual UK Songwriting Contest; understands that Billy's song, Where did you go, came first out of thousands of entries from across the country, and is about the loss of a loved one, written from the perspective of Billy's wife, whose father passed away when she was young; recognises what it sees as Billy's tremendous achievement, and hopes to see him continue in his musical and songwriting endeavours.
