Scotland Men's Hockey Team Champions

That the Parliament sends its congratulations to the Scottish Men’s Hockey Team on its victory at the first ever International Hockey Federation (FIH) Hockey Nations Cup 2 in Muscat, Oman; understands that Scotland defeated Egypt in the final by 4-2, thereby making them inaugural champions of the competition and achieving promotion to the FIH Hockey Nations Cup 2026; acknowledges the stellar performances of the entire Scotland team, especially man of the match, Struan Walker, who scored two goals, and Jamie Golden and Tommy Austin, who provided the further two goals respectively, and wishes the team the best of success in upcoming fixtures.
