That the Parliament congratulates the Fish Shop restaurant, in Ballater, on receiving two honours in the MICHELIN Guide Great Britain & Ireland; notes that it has been named one of the best for quality in the guide; further notes that it earned a Bib Gourmand distinction, and is one of only 36 locations to receive the honour and the most northerly restaurant to make the shortlist; understands that the title recognises establishments that offer good food at a good price, sharing the spirit of generosity and commitment to quality cooking; congratulates owner, Jasmine Sherry, on winning a MICHELIN Service Award; understands that she was recognised for her strong leadership, and wishes all the team at the Fish Shop restaurant every success in the future.
