That the Parliament notes the upcoming departure of Kirsteen Campbell as CEO of the Scottish SPCA, after eight years at the helm; believes that, throughout her eight years, Kirsteen, alongside her dedicated colleagues at the Scottish SPCA, has made a substantial contribution to improving the lives of animals in Scotland and has guided the charity's participation in discussions around public policy in the best interests of animals; thanks Kirsteen for her contribution, and wishes her well in her next endeavours.
