  • Motion reference: S6M-16293

That the Parliament welcomes the #LoveScotlandsColleges national promotion week, which commences on 10 February 2025; understands that the campaign aims to highlight the importance and strength of Scotland’s colleges, by promoting examples, both national and local, of how colleges support students, businesses and the economy, communities and staff; further understands that each day of the campaign will focus on a separate stakeholder and on a range of ways in which colleges support these stakeholders; notes that this annual collaborative campaign, created by the College Development Network’s Marketing and Communications Network, is supported by Colleges Scotland and by Scotland’s 24 colleges, and congratulates North East Scotland College, as well as colleges across Scotland, for not only supporting students into careers, but also for supporting their local communities.
