  • Date lodged: Thursday, 06 February 2025
  • Motion reference: S6M-16285

That the Parliament commends Caitlin Andrew from Clydebank for her ambitious goal of raising £2,000 for SiMBA, a charity which helps bereaved families after child loss; understands that Caitlin is planning to run the London Marathon in April 2025, and that she hopes to be sponsored, with all proceeds going to the charity; notes that Caitlin chose SiMBA following a close friend's experience of using the charity’s services; acknowledges that SiMBA is a national charity that gives memory boxes to families who have experienced child loss, and that these boxes are used to store objects by which to remember those they lost, and wishes Caitlin and SiMBA success and all the best for the future.
