That the Parliament congratulates Melanie Stewart-Wills, from Banchory, Aberdeenshire, on her nomination for community coach of the year at the British Gymnastics Awards; notes that Melanie has been shortlisted as a finalist in the British Gymnastics Awards 2025 for her work in spreading the joy of gymnastics; understands that Melanie started her journey coaching gymnastics more than 45 years ago and has seen, first-hand, the difference that sport makes to the lives of all who she coaches; commends Melanie for her continued coaching in the local community, and in delivering British Gymnastics’ core values, and wishes her continued success.
