That the Parliament thanks Alex McDonald for his service to the town of Burntisland as the long-standing chairperson of the Royal Burgh of Burntisland Community Council; notes that he first joined the council upon its formation in 1976; understands that he formally stepped down as chairperson in December 2024 but intends to remain as a member of the council for the foreseeable future, and commends Alex's dedication to supporting the civic life of Burntisland.
