Retirement of ScotRail's Business Correspondence Manager After 50 Years

That the Parliament understands that Jim Craig, the ScotRail business correspondence manager, will retire from his role in March 2025 after marking 50 years’ service in January; notes that Jim has provided support to MSPs and other elected members, including MPs and councillors in his current role, for almost 40 years; understands that he has been their key point of contact throughout this time and has assisted with constituent enquiries related to Scotland’s railway; believes that all elected members who have received support from him will have appreciated Jim’s service; sends him its thanks, and wishes Jim good luck for his retirement.
