That the Parliament congratulates everyone from the Highlands and Islands who was recognised in the 2025 New Year Honours List; applauds Elizabeth (Dell) McClurg, who received a BEM for her dedication to wildlife and the Inverness community of Merkinch; understands that Dell is a wildlife volunteer and campaigner who has been a member of Merkinch Community Council for over four decades, including its chairperson for 13 years; understands that she has campaigned and succeeded in saving Merkinch Primary School and the area's community hall, and wishes Dell, and all of the Highlands and Islands' honours recipients, all the best for the future.
