Belinda Rowlands Awarded a BEM

That the Parliament congratulates Belinda Rowlands on being recognised in the King’s New Year Honours List, receiving a British Empire Medal (BEM) for her services as the founder, manager and trustee of the Seed Box, which is an outdoor therapy and training facility for adults with additional support needs that promotes and encourages independence and social rehabilitation as well as providing training in life skills to enable co-workers to move on to employment, sheltered or otherwise, and wishes Belinda and the Seed Box all the very best for the future.
