That the Parliament congratulates Janet Rogers on being appointed a Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE) in The King’s New Year Honours List for services to domestic cats and wildcats in the north east; understands that she is a dedicated volunteer who has been the Huntly, Keith and Turriff Cats protection branch co-ordinator for many years, and commends Janet on her dedication and long service to cats.
