Irvine Father Raises Awareness of Erb's Palsy

That the Parliament commends Irvine father and mixed martial arts fighter, James Gillespie, for raising over £2,000 for the Erb's Palsy Group through his participation in an Ultra MMA event in Glasgow; applauds James for his dedication to raising awareness of Erb's Palsy, inspired by his 13-year-old daughter Indi, who has faced numerous challenges, including blindness in one eye, paralysis on her right side, and bullying due to her disability; recognises Indi's courage in speaking publicly about her experiences and her determination to overcome adversity through freestyle dance, supported by her teachers at Team Turnbull; notes what it regards as the vital role of the Erb's Palsy Group in supporting individuals with the condition, and congratulates James, Indi, and their family on their inspiring efforts to raise awareness and support for this important cause.
