Clydebank and Milngavie Constituents Help Raise £9,222.59 Through Asda Cashpot for Schools

That the Parliament congratulates residents of the Clydebank and Milngavie constituency on taking part in Asda’s Cashpot for Schools initiative; understands that the initiative helps provide primary schools and parent groups with additional funding; notes that the scheme, which was launched in September 2024, is the first of its kind, with Asda donating 0.5% of the value of shopping carried out through Asda Rewards to local primary schools; understands that, in Clydebank and Milngavie, customers were able to raise £9,222.59, which will be donated by Asda; commends all customers who took part in this scheme, and hopes that Asda will continue its longstanding efforts of contributing to the local community.
