Celebrating Gillian Dick’s Dedication to Girlguiding

That the Parliament congratulates Gillian Dick, of 4th Gourock Guides and Rangers, on attending the prestigious Girlguiding Celebrates event in London’s West End in September 2024; commends Gillian’s decades of dedication to the Girlguiding movement, supporting Guides and Rangers in her local community and beyond; acknowledges that Gillian was nominated by Ella Miller, one of her leaders-in-training, who praised Gillian’s selfless efforts and positive impact on the lives of young people; recognises Gillian’s 16 years of service in Banff before returning to Gourock, where she has volunteered for nearly 20 years; applauds her commitment to empowering girls and young women to build confidence, create memories, and embrace new opportunities, including international events, and wishes Gillian every success as she continues to inspire future generations through her tireless work with Girlguiding.
