Praising RNLI Charity Concert in North Berwick

That the Parliament praises Opera East Lothian for its organisation of a sea-themed charity concert that raised £1,400 for the North Berwick Royal National Lifeboat Institution (RNLI); understands that the concert was well attended at St Andrew Blackadder Church, and featured choral music and solo performances from guests including Orlando Mason, Alice Stevenson, Jenny Swan and John Marshall; acknowledges the important, lifesaving work that the North Berwick RNLI carries out, and encourages the Scottish Government to extend its support to what it sees as these vital lifesaving services that are ready 24 hours, seven days a week, to provide lifesaving assistance.
