Dyce Primary School in Asda Cashpot for Schools Top 10

That the Parliament congratulates Dyce Primary School, which has come in the top 10 for donations from Asda through its Cashpot for Schools initiative; understands that Dyce Primary finished in second place out of all schools across Scotland, receiving £2,992 in donations; recognises that Asda customers across Aberdeen were able to raise £14,453, which will be donated by Asda to support local primary schools; understands that the Cashpot for Schools initiative, which is the first scheme of its kind, was launched in September 2024 to help provide primary schools and parent groups with additional funding; notes that the Cashpot for Schools initiative sees Asda donating 0.5% of the value of shopping carried out through Asda Rewards to local primary schools that are selected by customers until the end of November 2024; commends the efforts of staff and customers at Asda, and wishes everyone at Dyce Primary all the best going forward.
