That the Parliament congratulates Dunns Food and Drinks of Blantyre on winning a Gold medal at the recent Federation of Wholesale Distributors Awards after being recognised for its agility, innovation, and customer support; understands that the company’s history stretches back to 1875 when founder Joseph Dunn established a soft drinks business in the east end of Glasgow, and that it remains a family-owned business to this day; commends the company for its long history of giving back to local community, after most recently partnering with Aware Scotland and Queen’s Park FC to offer training, self-development and fulfilling experiences for young people facing adversity, and wishes Dunns all the very best for the future.
