Campbeltown Branch of Royal British Legion Scotland Raises Over £4,000

That the Parliament commends the Campbeltown branch of the Royal British Legion Scotland, which raised £4,157.37 from across the town and parish as part of the 2024 Scottish Poppy Appeal; acknowledges the many dedicated local volunteers, including Campbeltown branch chairman, George Rahman, for their sterling work in coordinating the local fundraising effort and the organisation of local poppy stalls; understands that the funds raised will go towards supporting current and former members of the armed forces as well as their families, and wishes everyone involved with the Campbeltown branch of the Royal British Legion Scotland the best for future fundraising endeavours.
