That the Parliament congratulates Radio Skye on its remarkable achievements at the 2024 Community Radio Awards in Cardiff, where it won two Gold awards for its YouthSPACE project and specialist music programming, a Silver award for Female Presenter of the Year, and two Bronze awards for Sage Person of the Year and Sports Show of the Year for The Rapha Report; believes that these accolades highlight Radio Skye’s outstanding contributions to local broadcasting, community engagement and the development of young talent across Skye and Lochalsh, and commends the station’s staff and volunteers for their dedication to enriching their community.
