That the Parliament congratulates Diane Whateley on being named Community Rail Partnership Member of Year at the annual ScotRail in the Community Awards; notes that Diane is one of the founding members and current secretary of the Rail 74 Community Rail Partnership, which covers four stations within the Rutherglen constituency; understands that Diane was recognised for her commitment to the local community after supporting numerous community projects, educational workshops and volunteer initiatives aimed at encouraging the use of public transport and raising awareness of rail safety and climate action; further understands that more than 1,100 people across Scotland volunteer on the country's railways, organising a variety of local projects and activities, and commends them, Diane and the rest of the Rail 74 team for their contributions to their communities.
