That the Parliament commends the team at Tor-Na-Dee care home in Aberdeen for achieving the Gold Standards Framework (GSF) Quality Hallmark Award accreditation; notes that this accolade reflects the exceptional nursing care provided to residents in their later years, as well as valuable support to their families; understands that Tor-Na-Dee has been praised for its thoughtful approach, including the creation of "thinking ahead" plans developed in collaboration with residents and their families to respect individual wishes in their final days; notes the assessment report’s recognition of the home’s holistic care, ensuring that residents can experience dignity at every stage of life, and extends its best wishes to the residents and dedicated team at Tor-Na-Dee for continued success in the future.
