St John’s Episcopal Church in Greenock Celebrates 200th Anniversary

That the Parliament congratulates St John’s Episcopal Church in Greenock on its 200th anniversary; recognises the church as a significant landmark in the town and a popular destination for cruise passengers; commends the church community for preserving its rich heritage, including its stained-glass windows and historic communion vessels dating back to 1824; celebrates its dedication to welcoming visitors from across the world, and acknowledges the contributions of its congregation and volunteers in maintaining what it sees as this important place of worship and historical interest.
