That the Parliament congratulates Raymond Bremner, a carpentry and joinery lecturer from West Lothian College, on being named Lecturer of the Year at the CDN College Awards 2024; understands that Raymond is a passionate and innovative lecturer who makes a positive impact on both his colleagues and his students alike; further understands that this award recognises his innovative approaches to improving outcomes for his students and thereby enabling them to embed sustainability in modern construction methods into their coursework; commends Raymond for this achievement, and wishes him continued success in the future.
