That the Parliament commends Alexander Taylor Sullivan for his stellar service and dedication to the Peterhead Corps of the Salvation Army; notes that Alexander has served the Salvation Army in the Peterhead community for nearly 74 years, first joining in February 1951, and that Alexander has performed the role of bandmaster dutifully for 60 years with passion and kindness; recognises the substantial positive impact and joy that Alexander has had on many young people's lives in the Peterhead community, giving them the gift of music tuition, while also bringing musical pleasure to the public at countless public events; wishes Alexander many more years in the role, and thanks him for his service.
