That the Parliament welcomes the publication of Sea Change: Anthology of Leith Writing; understands that Sea Change is the fourth volume of Leith Writings, which is an annual release of stories from Leith authors; further understands that the most recent volume is based on the theme of change, in recognition of the profound and notable changes that Leith has undergone over the last 70 years; notes that Leith Writings has been released since 2021 on 2 November, to mark the anniversary of the Edinburgh Boundaries and Tramways Extension Act, which brought Leith into the city of Edinburgh officially; congratulates all authors involved in the publication of the most recent edition of Leith Writings, and believes that Leith Writings demonstrates the wealth of talent in Leith.
